use droppy for good, not for evil. upload files to share them with your friends or to transfer them from work or school to your computer at home if you haven't got any other mobile storage devices with you.
don't use droppy as your primary backup storage as we cannot prove we won't let our server crash or delete a file because of human or machine failure. also, don't drop large files because our server isn't made up for this.
you're not allowed to upload illegal stuff (after german law). we also don't want material containing violence, porn, sexistic contents and/or other types of files violating human rights.
we reserve the right to delete files that don't match our rules without any warning. further, we cannot prove we won't be enforced by law to pass ip addresses of uploaders (though we don't really log them) or to publish other (meta-)information about files and uploaders.
